• The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• We waive any responsibility for the quality of the services advertised and sold by merchants using the App.
• The App may contain links to external sources (e.g., merchant websites). We have no control over external content and waive any responsibility for it.
• The use of the App is voluntary and solely at the user's discretion. The user is responsible for any negative consequences of using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
